Why buy this home?
Built by Taylor Wimpey, this home was designed for those who want a practical family layout without sacrificing those little luxuries.
Some homes have an undeniable warmth—the kind that makes you feel at home the moment you step inside. This is one of them. To the right of the entrance hall, the separate kitchen is both stylish and functional, finished with sleek high-gloss units and striking wood-effect worktops. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven.
The living room offers plenty of space for a family dining table, sofas, and a coffee table, as shown in the current layout. Its well-proportioned shape allows for various configurations, so you can easily refresh the space to suit your style. Double French doors open onto the rear garden, flooding the room with natural light. Unlike many new-builds, the garden has been thoughtfully landscaped with raised beds for keen gardeners and low-maintenance astro turf. There’s also a spacious patio area — perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing on warm summer evenings. A gated rear entrance leads directly to the carport, which comfortably fits two cars, providing both convenience and security. The current owners have also added a shed, offering handy extra storage for tools, bikes, or garden essentials.
The first floor offers two spacious bedrooms and a well-appointed family bathroom. Originally spanning the full length of the house, the second bedroom has been cleverly divided by the current owners to create a generous double bedroom and a much-needed home office. The third bedroom is also a comfortable double or an exceptionally spacious single, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The family bathroom is fully tiled around the bath and features a sleek glass-screened shower, serving both the large second bedroom and the third double bedroom. One of the standout features of this floor is the additional landing area leading to the master bedroom. This versatile space makes an ideal reading nook or a handy spot to work from home, making the most of every corner.
Without a doubt, the standout feature of this home is the stunning master suite, which spans the entire top floor. A private, open staircase leads up to this serene retreat, offering ample wall space for décor or storage. The vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of space and light, while a Velux-style window adds a refreshing, airy feel. Naturally, the suite is complete with a sleek ensuite featuring a double shower cubicle, as well as built-in wardrobes that seamlessly complement the modern design.
Parking is provided by a driveway and carport for two cars as well as ample communal parking.
More about the location.....
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.
Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.
Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.
In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne
