The location is ideal, just minutes from Mitcham Junction station and tram stop, right by the golf course, with easy access to local shops and beautiful green spaces.
Families will love being close to excellent schools, many with strong Ofsted reports. If you enjoy walking, you’re in luck; this is a fantastic green belt area, with Beddington Park just a short stroll away. Follow the Wandle River and you’ll discover some truly beautiful natural scenery. One of our favourite local traditions is the popular Saturday shellfish stall, where regulars from near and far gather—it's a great way to meet people in the community.
Getting around couldn’t be easier. The tram stop (a 5-minute walk) takes you straight to Wimbledon or Croydon, while the train at Mitcham Junction runs to Victoria. You can also catch City Thameslink trains. Buses are frequent too, making commuting a breeze.
For everyday essentials, there’s a handy local shop just over the green (5 minutes away) and a friendly pub on the corner of Goat Road. If you need a bigger supermarket, Sainsbury’s and Lidl in Hackbridge are just a 14-minute walk away, and there’s another train station there for even more transport options.
