We have loved living in Bell Road, we were instantly won over by the propriety’s potential and good sized rooms. The big garage, driveway and electric car charging point was a huge bonus. The large south facing garden is not overlooked and is perfect for entertaining as it gets the sun all day.
The street is incredibly friendly and welcoming, there’s a street BBQ every year and you won’t be short of lovely neighbours.
One of the best things about the house is its close proximity to amenities, there’s a shop a minutes walk away plus great local pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We’d recommend Holtwhites for fresh bread and cakes, sj Smith Butchers, Zippola for breakfast/lunch and Arte Pizzas for delicious food. If you’re looking for a slice of countryside it’s a lovely walk to Hilly Fields and Forty Hall with lots of open green space. The house is also ideally located for a quick escape out of London, being less than 10 mins to the M25.
