Situated in the village of Bradiford, which is on the outskirts of Barnstaple, an old borough that is thought to be the oldest in England. The well-known coastline of North Devon is easily accessible and features a great variety of sandy beaches, lots of trekking terrain, and chances for water sports. In addition to Exmoor with all of its amenities, the popular resorts of Croyde, Saunton (which also boasts a championship golf course), and Woolacombe are roughly 25 minutes away by vehicle.
