Just a short walk from Wanstead (0.6 miles) and Snaresbrook (0.7 miles) Central Line stations, commuting into Central London is seamless. The property is also within the catchment area of the excellent Nightingale Primary School—one of the most sought-after schools in East London.
From the moment you arrive, the home welcomes you through a bright hallway leading to two well-proportioned reception rooms. The front room, featuring a classic bay window and charming brick fireplace, is perfect for cosy family evenings. The rear reception room opens out onto the garden, offering excellent space for entertaining.
The galley kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances including a gas hob and electric oven, and has ample workspace, with exciting potential to extend into the rear garden (subject to planning permission).
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms—a bay-fronted principal bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a second spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden, and a third single room perfect for a child’s room or home office. The family bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower.
Outside, the generous private rear garden provides the ideal backdrop for children to play, barbecues with friends, or even a future garden room or extension. A garage at the rear adds further value, whether for parking, storage, or conversion.
With a new boiler and no onward chain, this home is ready to move into, yet offers ample potential to modernise or expand.
The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of Wanstead High Street, filled with charming cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and green spaces including Roding Valley Park, Christchurch Green, and Epping Forest beyond.
Owner’s View
“I fell in love with Deynecourt Gardens after my very first viewing—it ticked all the boxes I was searching for. Being within the catchment for the excellent Nightingale Primary School was top of my list, and the benefit of off-street parking and a garage solved the parking challenges I had at my last home.
The 10-minute walk to Wanstead Station made my commute so easy, and quick access to the motorway was another huge bonus.
One of my favourite things about living here has been the lush greenery that surrounds Wanstead Village. The Roding Valley Park, which backs onto the property, became my go-to for morning walks and runs before work.
The large garden was a must-have for us—it’s hosted many family BBQs and get-togethers. Being semi-detached with a garage gave us the space and storage we needed as a growing family. It’s been a wonderful home, filled with memories.”
