Owners Comments...
We purchased our home in 2018 as part of the first phase of the development. What initially drew us in were the generous room sizes, excellent location, ample storage, and the lovely garden.
Since moving in, we’ve made the most of the long garage by converting the rear section into a home office — a fantastic addition that’s proven especially useful for working from home, particularly during school holidays. The garden is a real highlight, offering two patio areas and plenty of lawn space — ideal for family BBQs, garden football.
The location has been perfect for our family. We’re just five minutes from nature walks and Cantley Park playing fields, only a 15-minute walk from Wokingham train station and the town centre, and we’re in the catchment area for great schools.
The neighbours though out the development have been amazing and always happy to help on the group chat whether you need a longer ladder or parcel taken in.

From the moment you pull up, you’ll notice the generous driveway and a seriously spacious garage - loads of storage space tucked up top, and even better, there’s an office at the back. Ideal for anyone working from home!
Step inside and you’re greeted by a gorgeous bay-fronted lounge at the front which is really wide, bright and welcoming. There is uninterrupted flooring through to the open dining area, which flows beautifully with double doors straight out to the garden – perfect for summer entertaining. Off to the side, there’s a big kitchen with plenty of room to add a breakfast bar if you fancy it, and of course, there’s a handy downstairs WC too.
Upstairs, you’ve got three proper double bedrooms. The main bedroom is a real treat with double fitted wardrobes, an en suite, and loads of natural light from multiple windows. The family bathroom sits nicely in the middle for everyone to share.
All in all, it’s a stylish, practical and super comfortable home – and definitely one you’ll want to see in person!

Wokingham town centre is right nearby, packed with shops, restaurants, pubs, top-rated schools, and a train station with direct links to London and Reading.
