Some words from the sellers:
What do you love most about your home/property?
The house has a lovely ambience, it’s very roomy and the garden is wonderful with the camellia and jasmine! We’ve been here for over 20 years and had so many happy memories, it is just such a lovely family home and whomever is the next owner I guarantee will be extremely happy here!
Why are you selling?
We’re only selling because want to downsize. We are empty nesters now and so don’t need this many bedrooms! Otherwise would stay for another 20 years
What do you love about the area?
Putney is a great place to live as it’s got great transport links to central London but also has its own character. Being so close to the river is a beautiful perk and you can walk down the towpath all the way to Hammersmith bridge and further. It’s been great for both my daughter going to school locally and my dog as there is so much green space. We have everything on the doorstep, from Lidl, to the soon opening M&S food! The Lower Richmond Road is at the top of our street and is full of such great cafes and pubs. The Oxford and Cambridge boat race starts at the bottom of our road!
