Charming Two-Bedroom Semi-Detached Home in the Heart of Hessle Town

Welcome to this delightful two-bedroom semi-detached home in the heart of Hessle town, offering a perfect blend of modern living and convenience. With its spacious layout, sun-kissed garden, and prime location, this property is ideal for families and professionals alike. Enjoy easy access to local amenities, schools, and transport links, making everyday life a breeze.

From the Agent's Perspective

This lovely home is the size of many three-bedroom semis, providing ample space for comfortable living. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a cosy log burner for those chilly evenings. A separate utility room is a practical addition, keeping everything neat and tidy. Upstairs, you'll find two generous double bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. The loft is fully boarded and has been cleverly used as an office space. Outside, the garden is a real highlight—featuring raised decking that catches the sun beautifully. Situated on a quiet street with minimal through traffic, this home is ideally placed for popular local schools and amenities.

From the Owner's Perspective

We fell in love with this house because of its fantastic location. It’s just a short walk into Hessle town centre and the school is on the next street. When we were younger, we loved being able to walk to all the local pubs and easily catch a train into town, with the station just a 15-minute walk away. We bought this house as a 10-year project and have transformed it almost back to brick. We’ve added solid fuel burners and a brand-new kitchen, creating an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that works perfectly for our family. The separate utility area is a lifesaver, keeping all the clutter out of sight. This home has been a wonderful place for us, and we hope the next owners will love it just as much.
