3 Kays Mews is situated within a private gated enclave in the centre of the historic coastal village of Tintagel, on the rugged North Coast of Cornwall.
Tintagel is renowned for its dramatic scenery, rich history, medieval ruins and strong associations with Arthurian legend.
Built in 2003,3 Kays Mews is a two double bedroom semi detached cottage style house of immaculate and stylish presentation.
The charming accommodation briefly comprises an inviting entrance hall with understairs storage cupboard, door to the rear and stairs rising to the first floor. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, both doubles with the larger of the two benefiting from a modern en-suite shower room. There is also a modern family bathroom. The first floor provides open plan living at its best. A fully fitted contemporary kitchen at one end, dining area at the other and a living space in the middle with an electric flame effect fire. A French door opens onto a covered balcony with impressive far reaching views of the adjacent countryside, coastline and ocean beyond. Another modern shower room and separate utility room complete the internal accommodation.
The garden is located to the front of the building, fully enclosed and mostly graveled with a concrete path and Cedar wood boundary fencing and attractive Cornish stone walls. This extremely private space includes a garden room/summerhouse and a pleasant place to unwind. Allocated parking for one car is located to the side of the garden with further parking available.
