Owners comments...

We have enjoyed living in our family home in Northcott for many years. The spacious living area with a large balcony, community feel, and greenery initially drew us in. Great friendly caring neighbours, no anti-social behaviour. People who take pride in their homes around the estate. Swinley Forest and South Hill Park nearby are great for summer enjoyment.
The house's versatile space has allowed us to host numerous children's parties and family gatherings. We really are so sad to say goodbye to our lovely home but are excited for it to become a wonderful home for another family."

Area comments...

Northcott is located on the southern tip of Bracknell, backing on to the popular Swinley Forest, so plenty of green space all around you. In terms of local shops, you have the Co-op in Hanworth, as well as Birch Hill shops, both within walking distance, plus Sainsburys a short drive away. There are three Primary schools, all less than 0.5 miles away, and for entertainment, the Village Hotel, Bar and Gym, is just a few minutes away. Not to forget the wonderful walks around South Hill Park also. Access back into Bracknell town centre is simple, where you have the Lexicon shopping centre with all of its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Bracknell train station. Finally, there is easy access to the M3 motorway.

Ryan & Sanjay comments...

Spacious and accommodating, that’s how we would describe this awesome home. What we love most about it, is the fact the house can be used in many different ways, when it comes to room setups. If you need 5 bedrooms, then you have them, but you could just as easily have extra reception rooms, if that’s what you prefer. Another huge benefit is the outside space. You have a private balcony and courtyard, both lovely, but also direct access to a large communal garden area, with plenty of trees and grass for the kids to enjoy.
