Owners comments...
This house was the perfect start for us 10 years ago when we moved in and has served us so so well. The house is very spacious for a 3 bedroom home that we've worked so hard on over the years and have been proud to call home. The house boasts lots of natural light and It's south facing garden is a lovely and surprisingly very quiet area to sit in the sun and enjoy the tranquility whilst not being overlooked. The garden has a back gate providing easy access to the house. We are merely moving due to our family outgrowing the house but a home that we will dearly miss and hope that the new owners will thoroughly enjoy and grow to love too!

These are great houses with a surprising amount of accommodation for the price bracket. Firstly there's a lovely big entrance hall with a downstairs loo and storage. The new Howdens kitchen is stunning and modern and opens into the fully landscaped garden. Upstairs has two big double bedrooms, and a third, and a nice and refitted fully tiled bathroom. The garden is a real stand out feature here as it's almost directly south facing so gets the sun all day, and is surprisingly private for a house in this location. If you want a home which has had almost everything done than this maybe the one. The owners have ever rewired the whole home in the past few years. It's just stunning throughout!
Area comments...
Wroxham is close to plenty of local parks and a short walk to Great Hollands Square with a selection of local convenience stores and takeaways. There are designated walkways and cut-throughs taking you through to Bracknell town centre in around 30 minutes walk. Swinley Forest is a 5-10 minute drive away and you've got easy access to Ascot, Sandhust, Crowthorne & Wokingham from this side of Bracknell. Access by car to The Lexicon or M4 & M3 motorway networks are all an easy 5-10 minute drive away as well.
