Sellers Comments:

I bought the flat 10 years ago and have absolutely loved living here. My favorite parts about the flat has been the spacious open plan living/kitchen area; it gets so much natural light and always looks so airy and open; and the large master bedroom. I also really like the wide doorways and hallways in the flat, as it makes the whole flat look very large and spacious. I converted the 2nd bedroom into a study area a couple of years ago, but it can easily fit in a double bed and be used as a full bedroom, if needed. Even though the development is quite close to the Willesden Green high street, because my block is situated towards the middle of the development, it’s quite quiet in my flat and I rarely hear the traffic noise from the road.

The Willesden green area is so convenient for commuting into the city as well. Jubilee line is just 10min walk, but there is also the Brondesbury Park station which is 20min walk from the flat. Sainsbury’s and Costa coffee is within 5 min walk, Gail’s bakery is a 10min walk and there are some fantastic restaurants along the high street, including a fabulous Japanese sushi restaurant, couple of local coffee shops and a nice pub. If you walk down towards Salisbury Road (20-30min walk), you will find a number of lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops there as well, including the Queen’s Park Farmers market open on Sundays.

Agents Comments:

A beautifully presented and modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on the second floor of a well-maintained building in the heart of Willesden Green, NW10. With lift access and a bright, open-plan layout, this flat offers stylish and comfortable living in a highly sought-after location.

This apartment is one of the larger units within the development, originally designed as an accessible home. As a result, it benefits from a larger internal footprint, including a more spacious main bathroom and wider layout throughout, offering excellent comfort and practicality.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is flooded with natural light and leads onto a covered private balcony, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully integrated with contemporary fittings.

The master bedroom is generously sized, complete with a sleek en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom is also well proportioned and filled with natural light.

Located just a short walk from Willesden Green Underground Station, this flat is perfectly positioned for easy access into Central London, as well as the local amenities, cafés, and shops of Willesden Green.

A fantastic home or rental investment in a vibrant North West London neighbourhood.
