Walking Distance to Whatman Park
This 3 Bedroom semi-detached house will make a great family home. The location is within close walking distance to Whatman Park and the towpath, for enjoyable walks by the river.
The property has been recently redecorated in calming, neutral colours, including newly fitted carpets, which makes the home feels light, crisp and modern.
Laid out over 3 levels it will give everyone there own space and in having the additional living area in the conservatory, this can offer an extra dining area or a great place to get some 'me' time and relax with a good book.
If you enjoy gardening and were looking for somewhere that gave you a good sized garden, where you can have some flower beds, grow some vegetables, and also have enough space for the children to play in, then this maybe of interest to you.
The owner quote
We decided to move to Kerry Hill Way in 2003 because we wanted a newly built house in a friendly, open location.
It was close to the park where we could take our 2 girls over to the play area. We also enjoy walking the dog along the towpath and down to the lock where we can enjoy a drink and a meal in The Malta Inn
