A note from the owners
“We built this as our home and built it to exceptionally high standards. We took a traditional old barn, took it down to bare foundations and started again using reclaimed roof tiles, black timber façade with an artisan build quality resulting in a traditional barn look with a modern contemporary finish internally. A property that’s totally hidden from the road but once in the courtyard the most amazing gardens, entertaining spaces and its own private access to the river Wensum await. Low running costs were a key consideration and has been factored into the design of the house throughout. The gardens, and entertaining spaces they provide, are what we will miss the most and we hope you will enjoy this space as much as we have.”
Agents Note
We understand the property will be sold freehold, connected to mains gas, electricity and water with a sewerage treatment in place.
