One of my favourite features is the two large balconies, which not only extend the living space but also offer a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, have friends over, and light the BBQ. There is also a library, leisure centre, gym, Costa, café, restaurants, shops, and several supermarkets nearby, so being able to work out, relax, or shop for essentials is quick and easy. You never have to travel too far, as almost everything is on your doorstep.

All in all, it’s a modern, comfortable, and well-connected place to live, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. It was a great first home for me and my family. However, as my daughter is about to turn three, we feel that we've now outgrown the space. I am sure the next owners will fall in love with the flat just as I did."
