Accommodation

Stepping in through the front door, there is a small entrance before turning into the main reception area, illuminated by a large window looking over the private, front garden aspect. The room features a gas fireplace which provides the perfect focal point to this bright and sociable space. An inner hall presents access to the rest of the accommodation, beginning with the main bedroom which is also to the front elevation. This is a generous double room with ample space for furniture, while the middle room/bedroom three is currently arranged as a dining room which evidences the home's versatile nature. There are two large storage cupboards also accessed from the hallway, with bedroom two positioned at the rear - another comfortable double room.

Serving each of the bedrooms is a shower room which comprises a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle. Completing the accommodation is a modern kitchen and breakfast room, where there is space for a handy table and chairs in front of double doors which lead outside. The kitchen itself comprises an abundance of wall and base units and drawers for storage, worksurface space aplenty and space for a range of appliances which include a tumble dryer, as well as space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. Built in, there is an electric cooker with gas hob and extractor canopy over, along with fridge/freezer, while a stainless steel sink/drainer sits underneath the window which creates a pleasant double aspect.

Outside & parking

To the front of the home, there is a driveway hosting space for at least one vehicle, but with ample unrestricted on-street parking as well as scope to create further parking at the front by extending the driveway. Currently, a short brick wall borders the front with some established and attractive shrubbery providing both decoration and privacy, while a neat lawned section also has a palm tree central to the garden. Gated pedestrian access to the rear can be found at either side, with the right side in particular a wide footpath leading to the back garden.

A patio adjoins the back of the home and there is a large, useful storage shed easily accessible. Some colourful shrubbery surrounds a shingle area with ample seating space, enjoying plenty of sun particularly from the east facing aspect, the garden enjoys sunshine in the mornings and throughout the day itself. Towards the back of the garden, a tiered area captures the sun at the very end of the day, enclosed with a rendered brick wall on one side and fencing on the other. At the top section of the garden there is a decked area, another pleasant seating space which is the perfect secluded space to enjoy an evening meal or glass of wine.
