We've been incredibly lucky to call this beautiful, relatively new house our home, and it's been a true privilege to live here. We've especially loved how the north-facing front keeps the interior wonderfully cool and fresh, while the south-facing backyard is bathed in light and warmth – ideal for our plants and all our BBQ needs, and great for preventing humidity and mould. Our neighbours are genuinely nice, friendly, and easygoing, which has made living here such a pleasure.
The convenience of this location is something we'll truly miss. There are so many great schools nearby, and having a bus stop right on our doorstep has been incredibly handy. All our favorite shops like Tesco, M&S, Next, and Boots are just around the corner. Plus, we've loved being able to walk to Bicester Village outlet! With two train stations offering easy access to London, Oxford, and Birmingham, it's a commuter's dream.
Relocating for new jobs was a tough decision, but we know taking on this house will be a great one for you. We sincerely hope you'll cherish and take care of it as much as we have.

Welcome to this three-storey, four-bedroom home – a perfect blend of space, comfort, and convenience. I was particularly drawn to the open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area – it’s the heart of the house and ideal for both family time and entertaining guests.
Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms, including the master with its own en-suite shower room. There’s also a stylish family bathroom and a handy guest W.C. On the ground floor. I especially appreciated the additional study – perfect for working from home.
The house also comes with a garage and parking for two cars, which is incredibly convenient. One of my favourite features is the proximity to local amenities. It overlooks a children’s playground, which brings a lovely sense of community and life to the area. And with the newly opened primary school just a short walk away, it’s perfectly suited to a family.
Please not there is a small maintenance charge of approx £250 per year
