Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
A certain brand of coffee once claimed to be the perfect blend. Well, in property terms, I think that's a great summary of what this interesting one off property has to offer.
As a location, Mouldsworth has a deserved reputation for excellence and from a property perspective, it offers a wonderful variety of unique homes. The subject property is well located on a quiet country lane enjoys pleasing levels of seclusion and privacy. The house is well centred in a most attractive plot of 0.43 acre and in addition to the lovely views and gardens, there are over 800 square feet of outbuildings.
The house itself is very spacious, extending to 2386 square feet in size. The floorplan showcases the layout and I particularly draw attention to the first floor studio which is a fabulous and very versatile room which is of modern design and has a lot of natural light. There is also great versatility on the ground floor.
This is a home that can be moved into and enjoyed on day one whilst also offering exciting potential to further modernise, enhance or even (subject to planning) extend in the future.
Externally the gardens are a delight and offer privacy and establishment. There is a block paved driveway to the front, an additional vehicular access off the lane running down the side of the house, and a superb array of useful buildings that include two workshops, two stores, garage and two stables.
The perfect blend? Yes it is! Let's discuss further over coffee!.
