Accommodation
Stepping in through the front door, a hallway bends round to the left, but before doing so provides access into the sitting room on the right. This pleasant open space forms the main 'hub' of the home, with a sense of space with from the free-flowing room into the dining area. In total, it spans over 21ft and is lit by two windows to the front elevation, including a feature bay window which really illuminates the room. A fitted kitchen also has door out to the side onto the pathway that leads round to the garden. Comprising of various fitted wall and base cupboards and drawers, there is also worksurface space aplenty along with a stainless sink/drainer and space for a range of appliances. The kitchen also houses the boiler and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a cooker with a fitted extractor canopy over.
Bedroom three is the first to the left hand side of the hallway, a single room or perfect office space. A modern shower room serves each of the bedrooms and consists of WC, sink and vanity unit and a large shower cubicle. The flooring is tiled and there is a partly tiled surround. Bedroom two is a double room, and this adaptable room also has doors leading out to a sunny conservatory. This makes for a versatile room which could be a further dining space, snug or simply a quiet, bright and private space to enjoy a book or a glass of wine in the evening. Completing the accommodation, the main bedroom also features built in wardrobes, while there is an extra WC and wash basin. This small extra space does have clear potential to add a shower and create an en-suite.
Outside & parking
To the front of the home is a neat section of lawn, creating an attractive green frontage, while a footpath heads round the side of the bungalow and providing access into the garden. There is also a tarmac driveway with space to park two vehicles one in front of the other, along with an attached garage which is accessed via a traditional 'up and over' door. A few small steps lead up to the front door.
At the rear, an area is laid with a patio spanning the width and depth of the garden for easy maintenance. Facing directly west, the garden captures plenty of sun from late morning right the way through to the late evening, while also being well secluded. A tall stone wall creates a boundary at the back, while fencing is at either side and the garden itself is decorated with some raised flowerbeds and a range of small shrubs and potted plants. A door into the garage can be found at the back - a handy access for garden tools and useful general storage.
