The cause of the damage was found to be consolidation settlement. Following a period of monitoring the property was found to be stable, and repairs as scheduled undertaken, comprising of structural repairs to the superstructure and internal redecoration. InFront Solutions managed the repair works. The property now appears to be stable, with no further repairs being required. We have only examined the part of the building relating to the area of reported damage.
