Owners Comments...
We have lived here for 21 years and was our first house we brought together. The house had been rented out before so needed a touch of tlc. Over the years we have made a few alterations and improvements including the extending of the bathroom & adding the en-suite to the master bedroom. We also took on the major renovation of the living room, opening up the rear of the hose with sliding patio doors which allow the afternoon sunshine to stream in making it a bright and airy space to relax in. This is a fantastic area to live in, close enough to reading to get into when you need to ( either by bus or foot ) There are plenty of walks you can do to take in the beautiful countryside and local pubs and restaurants We will miss this lovely quiet close but it is now time for us to move on to our next adventure and pass this home onto its next custodian to make many more memories in it.

This fantastic three-bedroom semi-detached home is tucked away in the heart of Lower Earley — a perfect spot for families. The current owners have lovingly maintained and upgraded the property over the past 21 years, resulting in a stylish and high quality finish throughout.
Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway, where stairs lead up to the first floor. Here, you’ll find three good sized bedrooms, including an en suite to the main bedroom which is absolutely stunning! The family bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a four-piece suite with a double shower, mood lighting, and a deep bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a long day!
Back downstairs, the spacious front-to-back lounge/diner offers a fantastic open-plan living space, complete with bi-fold doors opening out onto a generously sized garden — ideal for entertaining or family time. The kitchen is positioned to the side of the house and also offers direct access into the integral garage.
