We bought this apartment from new in December 2017, and it has been a truly special home for us ever since, seeing us through many wonderful years and the growth of our family.
The top-floor location has been a real highlight, especially on sunny days when the natural light floods in, creating a bright and uplifting space. We’ve loved the peaceful atmosphere here — the sense of quiet, the minimal noise, and the beautiful views from the windows have all made our time at home even more enjoyable. The open-plan living area has felt both cosy and welcoming, offering the perfect setting for relaxing evenings and gatherings with friends and family.
One of the things we’ve appreciated most is our proximity to open fields, parks, and local amenities. Whether it’s a quick walk to nearby green spaces or easy access to shops and cafes, the location has truly given us the best of both worlds — freedom, fresh air, and everything we need right on our doorstep.
Now, as we look ahead to the future, we’ve made the decision to move on in search of a larger home — a space that can better accommodate the needs of our growing family. While we’re excited for the next chapter, this apartment will always hold a special place in our hearts. It’s been a wonderful setting for so many happy memories, and we hope it will bring just as much joy to its next owners.

Fullbrook Avenue is within the popular Croft Gardens development and the thing that we love about this spot in particular is the amount of green space, with an abundance of walks to enjoy on your doorstep. It's also really well connected with local bus routes into Wokingham and Reading, while you have Shinfield on one side and Spencers Wood Village on the other.. So lots of local amenities, like a Garden Centre, pubs and some really great schools. The M4 motorway is really close by as is the new Green Park train station so commuting is really simple from here!
