Three Bedroom Detached House For Sale
Set close to the southern outskirts of Stevenage, adjacent to shephalbury park. Which offers a selection of local shops and businesses, whilst more comprehensive amenities can be found in the town centre or old town. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.
The Seller’s view - "Our welcoming entrance hallway leads excellently on to our living room which is in the daytime bright and airy, yet in the evening cozy & comfortbale, kitchen/breakfast room providing ample prep space and a great place in the morning to read the paper and tuck into brekkie, the WC which prevents guests from needing to go upstairs when entertaining and stairs to the first floor. Whilst getting the food on the go you're able to keep an eye on the kids from our kitchen to the garden. I love our kitchen, great for entertaining, whilst also having a practical built in gas hob and oven which are built in, tidying up is a breeze with our built in dishwasher. A utility cupboard conveniently houses our washing machine and tumble dryer. Like the kitchen our dining room backs on to the garden, if we were to stay we have grand plans to create one large open plan kitchen/diner with Bi-folding doors the lot. The french doors are wonderful to open up in the summer to allow some fresh air throughout the house. We wish we could take our neighbours with us as everyone is so friendly, the road itself is very peaceful.
Ricky's view - This house offers the opportunity for a family to buy an attractive home. Located within this highly sought-after cul-de-sac of similar detached executive properties. The sellers have informed me how much their sun trap garden is excellent for entertaining and relaxing, the park is quite literally within a minutes walk if and when you may want to stretch your legs and walk the dog. The nearest shops are not too far either, they offer a cafe, pharmacy, convenient store and more, whilst the doctors surgery is also across the road. Leisure facilities like Knebworth golf club & Odyssey health club are only a short drive as well. All three bedrooms could host double beds, the smallest is by no means a box room. Shutter blinds in the living room window, two bathrooms and an outside home office which is ideal when working from home are only a few attributes this home offers.
