We moved into this home in October 2020, and the layout and room sizes have been incredibly convenient, giving us the space we need while still feeling warm and inviting.
We started here as a newly married couple, and from the very start, we knew it was the perfect place for our family with a little girl of two months at that time. It is a fantastic environment for a family.
This house has been perfect for us, not just the house, but the location too. We have enjoyed the peace of the road.
There is a lovely park at the end of the road and so many different parks to walk in, as well as being near great schools and nurseries.
My neighbours are very friendly and helpful, and I will miss them very much. Good neighbours are very important to where I live, and there is a very supportive Facebook group community on the development. We have loved every second of our time living here; however, is time for us to move on.

We will deeply miss this home, and I hope it brings as much joy to the next owner as it has to us!

This house really has been so well looked after by our current sellers. It has to be up there as one of the best family homes that we have seen in this area in a long time. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so many amenities on your doorstep. Built by Charles Church in 2012 this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb and this one is no different.

The kitchen at the front is a great specification with integrated appliances and plenty of natural light coming through. You will also find a well fitted cloakroom off of the hallway with storage under the stairs which our sellers are using at a utility space. The flooring throughout the downstairs in brand new and gives the home a lovely feel. To the back the lounge space is a great size with French doors leading straight onto the rear garden, but one of the things we love about this room is the big bay window making it feel bright and airy.

Upstairs this home offers three good size double bedrooms, of which two are located on the first floor. The second bedroom at the back is a great size has the benefit of two built in wardrobes and two big windows. There is a further great size double bedroom to the front with the well fitted family bathroom in between. What we love about this house is glass balustrades on the staircase and not to mention that new carpets have only just been fitted on here too.

The master suite occupies the entire top floor which is not only a huge space, but also offers a well fitted en suite shower room and ample storage as you can see from the floorplan. This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. We can't wait to take you on a tour!

This is such a fantastic location, Jennett's Park is very desirable with some fantastic open green spaces like Peacock Meadows and woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with Jennett's Park Primary School just a few minutes walk away from the house. There is also a parade of shops just around the corner including the likes of a co-op for your everyday essentials. However if you are looking for a larger shop then the Bracknell Lexicon is just over a 5 minute drive away where you have a huge variety of retailers and places to eat. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
