Owner Insight

"When we were visiting family in Torquay 35 years ago we decided that we liked the area so much that we would look to purchase a holiday home in the town. After having a good look around we found Woodhaye Gardens, a lovely select development in a convenient, yet tranquil setting. This particular apartment had not actually been lived in since built and suited our needs admirably, so we immediately decided that it was the property for us.....a decision we have never regretted. We have found the location to be absolutely ideal for us, within a lovely walk of the harbourside amenities, with a local shop just around the corner and a regular bus service within a short walk. When we visit we very rarely have the need to use the car. Woodhaye Gardens is a well-maintained development, well run and with a wonderful selection of neighbours. We now realise that the time is right for us to sell, but retain lots of lovely memories of our years here in Torquay."

Step Inside

From the communal entrance a lift or stairs rise to the First Floor from where a private front door with spyhole opens to the reception hall with cloaks cupboard housing the electric meter and consumer unit.
