A home at ease, this two-bedroom house in the Noel Park conservation area has been refreshed to create comforting, harmonious interiors with an ever-so-pretty garden out back.

Brickworks Says

Some houses seem to get the tone just right, and this two-bedroom freehold house has some beautifully-understated backdrops. The current owners have rejuvenated rooms with artful palettes that complement the home’s distinguished features, such as elegant sash windows (we are in love with the unusual trio in the bedroom) and the cast-iron fireplace. More updated additions only enhance the aesthetic, from the column radiators to the restored floorboards, not to mention the fabulous decorative feet of the roll-top bath.

That’s not to say the house doesn’t also is eminently practical in many ways. A downstairs toilet for example, custom-built storage in the hallway and main bedroom and dividing doors to optimise the cosiness of the living room. Outside, the garden is a botanical treat, with something budding and beautiful everywhere you look, and a secluded seating area to enjoy it all.

Noel Park reaps the benefits of it’s peaceful location and proximity to the buzz of Wood Green. As well as reliably tasty Turkish restaurants at nearby Green Lanes or at neighbourhood pub The Prince, newer kids on the block like Dusty Knuckle, Olive Three and Bolland & Crust are keeping things interesting. When you’ve had your fill, take a meander along to Ally Pally and pick up supplies at the weekly farmers ́ market, or just take in the views.

The Owners Say

Noel Park is a quiet little bubble between the bustle of Tottenham and Wood Green. It has a strong community with lots of young families and professional couples and has been the perfect home with a great backyard ready for summer BBQs, nestled in a fuss-free landscaped garden. It’s the right time for us to move further afield but we will be sad to go.
