A stunning grade two listed barn conversion beyond electric gates, set within approx. One-third of an acre
This incredible family home sits within the exclusive grounds of the former Camerton Hall Estate and has been significantly upgraded in the last 18 months. With four bedrooms, three reception rooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite, a double garage, and a south-facing walled garden, it offers a rare combination of character and modern luxury. The property is tucked away down a private road, surrounded by mature gardens, and offers over 2,260 sq ft of space. The upgrades include high-end bathrooms with imported Italian materials, bespoke internal finishes, and a newly installed resin patio – all done to a top-tier standard.
Our Thoughts:
It’s not often we get to sell the same house twice – especially one that’s improved this much in such a short time. We knew this was a standout when we first sold it, but the transformation since then has been phenomenal. The attention to detail is immediately obvious, from the imported fittings to the carefully curated interior design. The layout is ideal for family life, offering open-plan living spaces and tucked-away areas to work from home. And the south-facing walled garden is just beautiful. It’s private, gets the best of the sun, and the new terrace makes it perfect for entertaining. This is one of those homes that makes an immediate impression – the electric gates, the driveway, the original beams – it all just works.
Client’s Thoughts:
When we first moved in, we absolutely loved the charm of the building, but we had a clear vision of how we wanted it to feel – stylish, warm and luxurious, but still homely. We set out to upgrade the bathrooms using handpicked materials from Italy, and added finishing touches from Bali and beyond to give the interior real personality. We didn’t cut corners anywhere. Every room has had attention, and the resin patio was the last piece of the puzzle – designed for outdoor living and finished to match the high standard indoors. We’ve had some brilliant times here – it’s been the perfect place to unwind, entertain and enjoy a bit of peace when we needed it.
