Built in 2018, you get all the benefits of a newly constructed property - it's very well insulated, with good quality double glazing, modern combi-boiler and 300mm loft insulation. I really like the kitchen - very light, airy, well-presented and designed with ample room for a dining table. That leaves the sitting room to be enjoyed for comfortable evenings watching TV or, when we have warmer days, opening the patio doors and entertaining outside. What I also like, is the proximity to local amenities. There is a Subway, McDonalds and a small Morrisons Local just around the corner - yet only 3/4 mile into Hereford City Centre. The Close is quiet and neighbourly with very little traffic. A perfect family environment.
