A word from the owner...
"Even though you're right in the city, it doesn't feel like it at all. You are right on the canal, which is so peaceful and a great place to walk/exercise. You also have the ragged museum cafe on your doorstep which does delicious brunches, roasts and cocktails. You can walk up the canal to Victoria Park Village and all the amazing pubs, restaurants and food shops you have there (including ginger pig butcher) in about 20 mins, or cycle in 5. The flat is also 30 seconds from Mile End Park (and the start of the Park Run), so you feel like you have a lot of green space right on your doorstep. Its not a busy park, so theres always space to have a picnic or sunbathe. The transport links are also fantastic, you've got mile end, stepney green, limehouse and whitechapel all within 10-15 minutes, which also means you can get to heathrow in about 1hr 15 mins door to door. You can cycle into shoreditch/liverpool street in about 10 minutes, and also have the amenities of canary wharf a similar distance away. The flat itself is really spacious, with recently renovated kitchen & bathroom. It has plenty of storage so works well for a couple, or two flatmates, as you have separate bathrooms as well. The block itself has a really active community group, which is always full of tips & recommendations. Ive absolutely loved living in the flat and couldnt have thought of a better property to own as a first time buyer. If you want a good sized flat close to the action of the city, but with the tranquility of the canal and green space, I couldnt think of many better options than this, Ive loved living here for 5 years and will be very sad to leave it behind."
