Five Bedroom Terrace House For Sale

Located within Chells which offers a selection of local shops and businesses, whilst more comprehensive amenities can be found in the town centre or old town. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.

The Seller’s view - "Being right round the corner to fairlands valley park to enjoy a stroll in the morning or evening is one thing i'll miss. We follow the sun throughout the day in our private, gargantuan and corner plot garden is one thing we won't be able to replicate in our next home, you'll struggle to find a bigger garden in the local area. A large family will not have arguments when it comes to bedroom sizes, they all can host double beds and are fair in size. If you have elderly residents who need a room on the ground floor, the study could become a bedroom too, the second bathroom is also on the ground floor. The additional two reception rooms provide excellent access to our garden, which when entertaining is incredibly convenient. When hosting dinner having the dining room directly next to the kitchen is nice when prepping and not leaving you out of the conversations. Keeping the house tidy is a priority of mine, the large storage cupboards and utility provide that with ease.

Ricky’s view - "Additional benefits to the sellers points include a large entrance hall which is very inviting, A south westerly facing garden, it's mainly laid to lawn, has a patio area ideal for BBQ's, single shed and mature acer trees and wisteria vine beautiful when blossomed in spring and lots of parking bays at the front means I have never struggled to get parked. Within a short walk are the glebe shops, a pharmacy, convenient store, cafe, takeaways and many more are just up the road. Marriotts & Nobel secondary schools are also within 0.5 miles of the home. Chells surgery is nearby as well as my favourite pub garden in The Crown. A lot of these houses have been turned into a three beds with the generous sized main bedroom, an option in which a growing family may want to consider not only to provide separate bedrooms for the kids, but also future property value growth.
