Owners comments...

We have loved living in Fulmar Crescent for the past two and a half years. We moved in as a young couple, excited to see what the next few years would bring, and are leaving as a new family looking for more space for us to grow. The apartment is a generous size, with large bedrooms and a lovely light living space. Beautiful balcony doors in both the living room and master bedroom overlook the Crescent, letting in lots of light on those sunny mornings. Located towards the back of the development, we have always found the area super quiet and peaceful. It doesn't feel like you are only a few minutes drive from both the Lexicon and Wokingham town centre. We have enjoyed many walks around the development, with Peacock Meadows being only a few minutes walk away. The new cafe, Jays Corner, and Peacock Farm Pub, have been great places to stop off for a drink or bite to eat. We will miss our first home, but look forward to it becoming home to someone new.

Area Comments...

Fulmar Crescent is a lovely part of Jennett's Park and the flat overlooks the landscaped green area to the front - it's round the corner from the local Co-Op for all the day to day essentials as well as The Peacock Farm Pub and the popular East Park Gym. It's only a 5-10 minute drive into Bracknell or Wokingham Town Centres and the A329 is just round the corner for the M4 motorway network.

We lovely Jennett's Park - the sense of community here is lovely and this part in particular has a lovely feeling of convenience combined with space. The decor in the apartment is just lovely and is "turn key" ready for someone to move straight in!
