About this property

We have absolutely loved living on Cowper Street for the past 8 years! Our quiet street, with its friendly neighbours, has been a true haven. Our home has been perfect for us as we've grown from a couple to a small family of three. The open-plan living space has been ideal for entertaining friends and family, and now it's a wonderful play area for our little one. The period features, like the bay window, high ceilings, and cozy fireplace, have added so much character to our home. We will be sad to leave, but we have truly loved our home and the area.

Cowper Street is a quiet no-through road in Redfield, an area that has become hugely popular with young professionals in recent years. Church Road has many exciting independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, such as The Red Church and Orchard Café. On from this, the much-loved Bristol Loaf and The Lock-Up are staples in this community. The proximity of St George's Park is also a huge benefit to local residents, offering a great retreat from city life on a summer's day. The sportier local residents can take advantage of the Whitehall Athletics Arena through Bristol and West ac who are based there. For those who need access away from Bristol, the property is just a short drive from Junction 2 of the M32, which in turn leads to the M4. The hugely popular Bristol to Bath cycle path is within easy reach for those looking to turn a lazy Sunday into a fun-filled adventure. Bristol Temple Meads train station is also just a short journey by car, bike or train from the local Lawrence Hill Station.

Situated on a quiet street in Redfield, this bay-fronted Victorian home has so much to offer. The living room has charming original features like the fireplace and cornicing. It leads on to the large dining area that sits adjacent to the kitchen with its striking blue cabinetry, creating a welcoming open-plan space. There are double doors out on to the East-facing courtyard garden with some raised beds.
Up the stairs to the first floor there are two well-proportioned bedrooms and a good size family bathroom. The is loft access and potential to extend should the buyer be interested in a project later down the line.
