The house was extended in 2014 creating an impressive kitchen/dining room and further benefits from solar panels with batteries, oil fired central heating and double glazing throughout. Offered with no onward chain, the accommodation currently in brief comprises of an entrance hall with stairs off to first floor and door to the cloakroom. The family room/bedroom 4 is a particularly versatile room with large window to southerly aspect. The triple aspect sitting room is a delightful reception room with fireplace and wood burning stove and sliding glass doors to the rear gardens.

The kitchen/dining room is a fantastic space for entertaining with a well equipped kitchen fitted with an extensive range of units providing plenty of draw and cupboard space beneath wooden preparation surfaces and complemented by quality integrated appliances and central island with sink. The dining area is particularly light with two roof windows and large window to rear enjoying delightful views of the gardens and beyond. To the side are sliding glass doors opening to the rear gardens. The spacious utility/boot room with sink, boiler and water softener, completes the ground floor accommodation.

Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the landing leading to the three double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are light and benefit from built in double wardrobe cupboards. The principal bedroom is complemented by an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and completes the first floor accommodation.

Outside

To the front are areas of low maintenance garden and a driveway providing parking for up to 4 cars and access to the adjoining garaging. The gardens are a delightful feature extending to the rear and side of the house and backing onto countryside. The gardens are mostly laid to lawn and include well stocked flower beds, mature hedging and various mature trees including a magnificent Oak tree.
