Owners Insight

"Having relocated back to Torquay after many years away, we brought 3 The Rivera having fell in love with where it was, the amazing views of the Marina, beach and costal outlook! Also, the added security benefit of living in a gated development.

It took nearly a year to renovate, we moved in late 2019 and have enjoyed every minute of living there !
But it’s time to downsize, the house is just too big for us, our daughter is off to university soon and we just don’t need a house of this size anymore !

We will be sad to sell but we have had 6 lovely years of living at 3 The Rivera and I hope who ever we sell to will love it as much as we have!"
