***Vendor comments*** "I felt immediately at home the first time I stepped inside this flat. I had previously viewed a lot of other properties and none of them ticked all the boxes in the same way as this one.
I have been very lucky to call my flat my first home, it has been my quiet space and also allowed me the freedom to entertain friends and family, I often use my flower-filled patio and the communal garden to relax. There has been a lot of laughter and many wonderful memories made here in the last 5 years. It's now time for me to move on and live a little closer to my family of growing nieces and nephews.
The flat benefits from being a new build and is cosy warm in winter and lovely is summer with the sun and gentle breeze coming in from the open patio door. The flat boasts a very spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and floor to ceiling window, letting in the south easterly sun in the morning, which is lovely to wake up to. The bathroom is also a great size, with exceptionally well maintained fixtures included a shower over the bath, toilet, sink and full wall to wall vanity and mirror. The kitchen comes fully equipped with integrated electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washer drier and fridge/freezer. All appliances are less than 6 years old. I have taken a lot of care of my home and it's ready for you to move into and start putting your own stamp on it.
One of the best features of the flat is the close proximity to 3 mainline train stations - Easy Croydon, West Croydon and Selhurst - all within a 15 minute walk, which makes getting into central London very easy. London Bridge is just 12 minutes away by train, Clapham Junction only 9 minutes and Victoria only 15 minutes. There are also a plethora of bus routes and of course the tram. This has made commuting to the office, and getting home from nights out in London, super easy.
For entertainment closer to home there are many restaurants in the local area and even more just a short distance away in South Croydon. Lloyd Park has also become one of my favourite places to walk off a Sunday pub roast."
