There’s also a lawn area for children or pets to play, a storage shed, and side access to a newly laid driveway at the front.
Owner’s View:
"We knew we were going to love our house before we even stepped inside. On a quiet, pleasant street with woodland and greens in all directions, it was also moments from (what is now) the Elizabeth Line.
It had the charm and character you get from a house that has been there for over 150 years.
We remember when we first went through the door into the open downstairs, flowing into a great outside space — it just had a lovely feel that continued throughout the house. We knew right away it was the one for us.
We’ve changed things along the way, adapted it to the family of four we’ve become, but it’s been a wonderful place for us, for our friends and family over the years. From cosy winters to long summer afternoons outside, it’s a great house in a great location that we have loved living in."
Location Perks:
Perfectly placed for commuters and town life, you’re just a short walk (approx. 0.3 miles) to Brentwood Station (Elizabeth Line) offering fast and direct access into London Liverpool Street. Brentwood High Street, with its mix of boutique shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, is within easy walking distance too.
Families will love being close to outstanding local schools, including and green space is in abundance with Shenfield Common, Thorndon Country Park, and Weald Country Park all nearby for weekend walks or picnics.
