Owner's Insight
"It was a summer's day almost 50 years ago, when my parents gazed in amazement at the beautiful view over Tor Bay, as they drove downhill in the Warberries. They were passing a half-built block of flats, where the site manager escorted my father up a ladder to assess the stunning panorama from this prime location. They had the pick of the block and chose No.8, in a position second to none. That was it! The deal was done, and the rest is history, as they say!
The flat is spacious, light and airy with a south - south west facing aspect. For many years it was a family holiday home and more recently has been a long-term rental. We will be leaving with a heavy heart, but will have many wonderful memories."
Step Inside
From the secure communal entrance, a stepped approach rises to the Second Floor from where a private entrance door with spy hole opens to the reception hall. The sitting/dining room is a beautiful bright room with patio doors facing southerly and opening to the balcony with glazed surround enjoying the stunning sea views over Tor Bay. Further window facing west taking in the late afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen also enjoys a picture window taking in the views of Tor Bay and stretching coastline with harbour and marina in the foreground. Fitted with a range of beech effect units and granite effect work tops with inset sink. Space for electric cooker and provisions for washing machine.
