Tithe Cottage is a charming and beautifully presented Grade II listed house in a conservation area which is positioned in lovely gardens of around a quarter of an acre and backs on to open fields. Situated in the popular village of Nash, the property is approached via gates and a driveway leading to a large area of gravelled off street parking with a view up to the house which is double fronted and in an elevated position. The cruck construction with timbers believed to have come from a ship and under a thatched roof dates back to the 15th century and the house is full of character and period features with pale oak exposed beams and doors, leaded light windows and the large inglenook fireplace.

The accommodation comprises sitting room, dining room, study/bedroom four, kitchen breakfast room, utility and downstairs shower and WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bath/shower rooms. There is a separate outbuilding with electrics and heating which could be used as a home office or summer house as well as store room and attached shed. The front door opens straight into the dining hall which has oak flooring and beams to the ceiling and walls. There is a shelved storage cupboard and an understairs cupboard. A door leads through to the kitchen which has a range of shaker style solid wooden units and granite work surfaces. There is an Aga Rangemaster, housed dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer. A large pantry cupboard houses a microwave and there is a large dresser to one end behind the breakfast bar which provides seating. A large Belfast sink has wooden worktops and drainer to each side. A door leads to a utility room which has plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher and external doors to the front and rear. The dual aspect sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with original beam, bread oven and a newly fitted log burner. There is oak flooring and original oak latched doors, one leading to the study/ bedroom 4. There are lovely views from the windows.

On the first floor, the landing leads to all three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has a range of in built wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a free standing roll top bath as well as a walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The second double bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with the same facilities.

Outside the garden has sweeping lawns with borders of flowers and shrubs as well as fruit trees including three plums, two apples and an edible cherry. There is a stone well and the summer house. To the rear there are views over the fence to the fields and sheep can approach directly behind the back of the house. It is not overlooked at all and very quiet. Tithe Cottage enjoys a row ( right of way) with a private side gate which takes you across a field to nearby footpaths.
