A deceptive and spacious 3 double bedroom home over mezzanine levels in a quiet cul-de-sac within Shirehampton.
**Overview**
This lovely home has a modern and contemporary feel and has lots of natural light throughout.
The house was built around 9 years ago and is very much a unique and one-off style property. There is plenty of natural light throughout and all the rooms have a spacious feel to them.
On the entrance level there is a kitchen/diner that has plenty of cupboard and worktop space with an integral oven & hob, plus a large storage cupboard, as well as a WC off the hallway.
Open stairs from the kitchen/diner look down and lead to the living space.
This is a really lovely room with a feature media wall and six bi-folding doors spanning the width of the room that open to the garden.
There is a large cupboard off the lounge which would make a useful study space, as well as there being additional under stairs storage.
On the first mezzanine landing there are two equal size double bedrooms and the family bathroom.
On the top level is the master bedroom and this is a spacious double room which has the benefit of an ensuite shower room, as well as a walk-in wardrobe.
**Outside**
To the front is parking for a couple of cars and there is a useful side access that leads to the back. The back garden is accessed from the bifold doors in the living room, and once opened combine these two spaces seamlessly. The back garden is a really low maintenance space with patio and artificial turf.
**Location**
Corston walk is a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Shirehampton.
It’s around a five minute walk to the High Street and equally a similar distance to the Portway with it’s transport links to the centre via both buses and the train.
There’s plenty of open green space nearby as well walks along the River Avon and the Kings Weston Estate and Woodlands.
There’s plenty of facilities and amenities in Shirehampton including shops, cafés, schools, a health centre and sports clubs.
**We think...**
There isn’t much to dislike about this property. The living spaces are spacious and have plenty of light, whilst there are 3 generous size double bedrooms.
Having an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom is a real bonus.
With the back garden the same level as the living room, when the 6 folding doors are open these two spaces are perfectly linked and combine really well.
