Vendor Comment: We have loved living at 101 Royal Parade and are sad that our careers mean we are moving away. We think it is the most beautiful flat in Bristol in the perfect location - on a quiet leafy street but central for everything - Uni, central Bristol, the gym, shops, pubs, Brandon Park, cinema... The living room has plenty of space to have friends round and stay over on the sofa bed. Having two bathrooms meant we could rent out a bedroom for a bit and the on-street parking permit was a bonus for getting to out-of-town placements and work. The concierge is helpful and very friendly and there's a residents' Facebook Group which is handy for recommendations about tradesmen and local info etc. All flatowners are voting members for the right to manage leasehold company, Elmdale Management Company. It is reassuring that three of the directors live in the building. The property manager is easy to contact if you ever need to speak to her.
