A Much Loved Family Home, In Very Good Conditon, Located In Hanworth.

Owners comments...

We have loved living in Prescott for the last 6 years. It’s been a lovely family home for us and we have made some wonderful memories here. We will be sad to leave but with 3 growing children we now need more space.
Our favourite place is the garden where we have some woods behind us so often see a lot of wildlife. Sitting there in the summer months sipping on our favourite drinks will always be a happy memory for us.
Also the kitchen is very spacious and bright so again we’ve loved the space to host little get togethers. Having the Co-op just around the corner has been really helpful and also being close to Swinley forest for walks. We hope whoever buys our house will enjoy it just as much as we have, we will miss it dearly.

Ryan & Sanjay's comments...

As soon as you walk through the door, you can really tell this has been a much loved family home. The house is in great condition throughout and has a number of great features. We really love the kitchen – great size, loads of worktops and plenty of light filtering through the huge windows. Credit it to the current owners, the bigh change they have made is creating a really useful utility / WC downstairs, which is has also doubles up as the study! Private garden backing on to trees and with a garage and parking as well, what’s not to like!

Area comments...

Prescott is located just off Hanworth Road, and this house is tucked away in a quiet corner of the road. It is close to lots of local walk throughs leading to local parks and nature reserves and with South Hill Park & Swinley Forest within walking distance. There are a number of schools within easy reach as well as Aldi & Sainsbury's Super Store within a mile of the home. Bracknell Town Centre with The Lexicon's array of shop's, restaurants, bars and train station is just a few minutes drive away, as is access to M3 & M4 Motorway Networks.
