A word from the owner..
I’ve lived in this flat for 13 wonderful years, ever since my son was just 9 months old. It’s been the perfect place for us to grow and build memories. My son attended an outstanding nursery and primary school nearby, and the supportive community made it feel like home from the very beginning.

The flat itself has everything you need. The layout is functional and well thought out, and having two bathrooms has made everyday life so much easier — especially as my son got older!

One of my favorite parts of the home is the winter garden — a peaceful spot filled with natural light, where i’ve enjoyed countless coffees and family lunches.

Another important element has been the lovely concierge team — always friendly, helpful, and ready to support residents when needed. The on-site gym has also been a real bonus, and we’ve used it regularly over the years.

The sense of community here is truly special. We all know each other and help whenever it’s needed. I’ve made some of my best friends in this building. It’s a warm, respectful, and family-friendly environment.

The pedestrian square has been a real gift, with its charming cafes and restaurants creating a vibrant atmosphere. And the Curve Garden has felt like our own backyard — a peaceful green space we’ve treasured.

This is the best neighborhood I could have asked for, and i’ve always felt safe and at ease here. I truly hope the next owners will find the same joy and comfort that we’ve experienced.
