Description
Heath House is tucked away in a very tranquil setting with far-reaching southerly views over the surrounding countryside to Beeston and Peckforton Castles in the distance. The property was built in 2004 and is constructed in a traditional Cheshire farmhouse style and designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding countryside. The house has some lovely features and particularly striking is the abundance of natural light, the views are outstanding and the house has been designed to ensure that the stunning countryside is visible from most areas of the house. Subject to the relevant permissions, there is a real opportunity to extend at the rear of the house.

Heath House is approached from a quiet lane with no through traffic and a recently resurfaced driveway leads to a spacious parking area in front of the house. This opens onto a parking and turning area at the front of the house.

The front door opens into a delightful hallway around which the reception rooms are arranged. The floor is sandstone and there is a spacious cloakroom to one end with wc and washbasin.

To the left of the reception hall is the living room which is a really lovely space with sash windows to three sides, solid wood flooring, feature mantlepiece and log burner. To the other side of the hall is the open-plan family/dining/kitchen. This is a really sociable space with a seating and dining area which leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, space for an American style fridge/freezer and some integrated appliances to include hob, extractor and oven.

On the first floor is a very spacious principal bedroom which was previously used as a sitting room as the views from this area are fantastic. There are two guest bedrooms on this floor and one has an en suite shower room. The stylish family bathroom completes the accommodation on this level.
On the second floor is a guest suite with a large bedroom and superb en suite bathroom with free standing shower.

The house sits very nicely within its own land and is in a very private setting.
