Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman
Meadow House Park is a delightful site for over 45s, positioned in the semi-rural location of Spurstow. Whilst the position of this allows for some lovely surrounding countryside, you will also benefit from being just a short drive from the villages of Bunbury and Tarporley and easy access to the market town of Nantwich.
This particular home is of the popular Lissett design and has been very well maintained by its current and sole owners who have made many improvements and thoroughly enjoyed the property over the years.
Special appreciation has to be given to the outdoor space where well stocked bedding areas have created a colourful and relaxing space to enjoy. There is a raised decking area adjoining the back of the home leading down to the rockery style rear and side gardens which feature a shed and brick outbuilding for storage.
Internally the home continues to impress thanks to the lovely décor and favourable layout. The living space is a larger open plan area that offers a dining area linking the separate kitchen through to the living room where you will find a brilliant log burner fireplace and double doors opening on to the side garden, bringing in plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is a lovely design and within the last year has been upgraded with new doors to the cabinets. Adjoining the kitchen and providing direct access to the decking area outside is the utility room.
There are two double bedrooms within the home which both benefit from fitted wardrobes. The principal room enjoys an adjoining cloakroom toilet with both bedrooms also being served by the main bathroom that features a large shower enclosure.
If you are in the market for a park home this is an exceptional offering and well worth viewing in person to fully appreciate all that is on offer.
