Message from the vendor:
I love this wee flat ! As an interior designer specialising in small spaces, it has been a real passion project for me. I firstly had to make it an environment that functioned, then make it look amazing. These kind of end elevation flats at Tudor Close only come onto the market every 20 years or so, because they have an end elevation with 3 extra windows allowing the natural light to flood in. It took me about a year to work with my builder to get it absolutely perfect. Everything has been considered, it's bespoke and there are rationales for all design decisions made. Massive amounts of storage, use of reflective surfaces to bounce light around, carefully considered furniture, fittings and equipment. At Tudor Close you have to consider the full package : The flat, gated community, lush gardens and of course the swimming pool. I have created a home, not just a flat, and it's beautiful. Light and airy during the say, cosy at night-time with clever use of ambient lighting. A big consideration for me was the bed; I didn't want it to look like a bed during the day, so I use it as a day bed during the day with use of cushions and it becomes a conventional bed at night-time with pillows. Another selling point for me when I bought the flat was that I have no neighbours above or to one side of me, so less chance of noise nuisance. Attention to detail has been considered throughout with specification of high-end taps, door furniture, dimmable lighting, joinery, tiling and underfloor heating, as well as supplementary heating in the main room and bathroom. This flat is a one-off and I hope it brings the next occupant as much joy as it's brought me. Lastly, the sense of community living here, really important. If you are looking for a walk in and ready to live property this is for you. I would recommend both a daytime and night-time visit to fully appreciate what this flat has to offer and so you can get a real feel for it.
Located in a beautiful period building offering gorgeous communal gardens and swimming pool with a wide variety of local amenities easily accessible along Brixton Hill. Fantastic transport links include Brixton Underground Station.
