Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman
Sandstone Lane has proved to be a very popular location ever since the development was first constructed. The nicely designed homes combine well with its strong position that allows for a short ten minute walk into Tarporley village for its amenities and schools as well as easy access to commuter routes from the A49 or A51.
This particular property was first moved into when the current owners took the keys in 2016 and following some impressive decoration has been well maintained ever since.
In addition to the strong location this this property benefits from a lovely arrival thanks to the pathway splitting its front garden and the rear gardens provides plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. In addition to the driveway parking there is a detached double garage.
Internally the home¿s ground floor consists of a central entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen that opens up through double doors into the formal dining room to the rear of the house which adjoins the living room and, pleasingly, both these reception spaces feature double French doors accessing to the rear garden. Finally, there is a front room that can serve as a home office or additional reception space, a cloakroom toilet and storage cupboard.
The first floor houses the four bedrooms with the principal room enjoying an en suite shower room and, along with bedroom 2, fitted wardrobes. The spare bedrooms are served by a family bathroom which houses a full sized bath and shower fixing above.
