Owner Insight

"The first time we stepped foot inside this property, we knew we would be able to make it the home of our dreams. It is beautifully light during the day, but cozy and warm in the evenings. The flat provides a great space to entertain and enjoy annual events in the bay, such as the air show, or stay home and chill out. Waldon Court is the perfect setting in a great location. The building is safe and secure, the gardens are beautiful and best of all are the breath-taking views. We spend hours sitting on our balcony, which enjoys sunshine until the very end of the day, watching the sailing boats, fishing boats and paddle boarders enjoying the bay. It is a short stroll through the gardens down to the seafront, where there are some great bars and restaurants and then a short walk into town or to the beach. We will be sad to leave, and will certainly miss the amazing view, but have realised that we need more space for our children, who come home a lot more than we thought they would!"
