You also have a low maintenance outside space accessible via two external gates, or via the rear door in the kitchen.

On entering the property you are met by a hallway with coat hooks, with both bedrooms, shower room, and good size kitchen leading from this. Through the kitchen leads you to an ample carpeted lounge, with dual aspect windows allowing plenty of light.

Note that all windows in this home have recently been professionally fitted with heat reflecting privacy film, which in addition to privacy, also helps protect your contents from damage by the sun.

The lounge has a wall mount for a large tv, which sits above a lovely wood burning effect electric fire with surround. Both the tv and the fire are available if required.

The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage space. In here you will also find a pantry cupboard, and the gas central heating boiler. The central heating can be controlled with the kitchen thermostat, or remotely via an app, allowing you to arrive to an already warm home!
