Owner Insight
"We have been in our bungalow for 5 years now, originally, we were looking for a house, a bungalow definitely wasn’t on our list however, the estate agent put it in as a red herring and it paid off, it was the best decision we made to come and view it. The area is lovely and we can honestly say we’ve got great neighbours. The garden is a sun trap and we’ve had many a great barbecue out there with family and friends. We also, have the bonus of a sizable conservatory which we use daily all the year round. As we’re detailing all of the positive aspects of our home we would be asking “Well if it’s that good why would you want to move? Due to family circumstances changing we need more space indoors. If it weren’t for this, we wouldn’t be looking to move. We do believe that whoever chooses this bungalow for their new home after us will be happy and enjoy all of the positive aspects it has to offer just as we have done ourselves."
