Some words from the owner:

What do you love most about your home/property?

We loved living at this flat which was our first home, which we bought as a new build. We will always have fond memories of having breakfast on the balcony on summer mornings with the lovely view of the park across the way and City in the distance. The flat is great for entertaining and the open plan layout is perfect for having dinner parties with your friends and family.

Why are you selling?

I have moved elsewhere - i'd now like to reinvest the equity from this property.

What do you love about the area?

The best thing about this flat is the location. Proximity to Brixton, in particular Brixton Market and Pop Brixton means you have loads of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by. On the doorstep of the flat there is Crown and Anchor pub (great beers and Sunday roasts) and Boomer (Indian small plates). The park across the road has a great atmosphere in the summer and gives you extra outdoor space, Myatts Fields Park is another option a short walk away. We also loved going on a walk to Westminster along the Thames via Vauxhall which you can do in under an hour.
